Because the Withers Group is a member of ASUC plus we are able to offer a DEFECTS INSURANCE GUARANTEE for all our works, including the underpinning,basements, piling and structural repairs. Indeed any work we are contracted to carry out.

Briefly, the benefits of this insured guarantee are:

  • Twelve year term
  • Issued direct to the client by the Insurer
  • Indemnity policy for client - so they do not have to prove negligence against any party
  • Cover defects in workmanship and design on all contracted works
  • Up to 25% of the contract sum is insured for consequential losses
  • Alternative accommodation is covered for up to 26 weeks
  • Contract sum is index linked
  • Available on domestic and commercial property
  • Guarantee can be included in the proposed "vendors pack" when selling the property
