Principally this division was originally set up for subsidence repairs but we also cater for all other domestic insured perils i.e. Fire, flood and accidental damage.
Contract range from a minimum value of £250 up to £50,000.
We offer contractor specified works based on a schedule of rates or surveyor led schedules priced in competitive tender.
Our work force is mainly directly employed enhanced with specialist sub contractors to maintain a personal level of service on site.
All repair works can be covered by Defects Insurance Guarantee with a minimum claim value currently standing at £1000 per job.
We offer this service throughout London and the Home Counties.
