With-a-Void
Withers Group are pleased to announce the introduction of the WITH A VOID value engineered foundation system. Now with full LABC National Type Approval (granted to the Withers Group by Mole Valley District Council) and with Patent pending, the WITH A VOID system is trademarked and is soon to be fully approved by the NHBC.
Whenever a void is required below a ground floor, WITH-A-VOID provides a simple, cost effective solution. The need to create up to a 225mm void beneath floor slabs in both new build and remedial underpinning is to accommodate the heave potential in clay subsoils. The WITH-A-VOID system creates that space with our specially designed re-useable chairs. Benefits include:
